The update last December was a profit warning so perhaps needed to go out earlier than planned. The previous end-year update was issued on 11 Jan 2012 so maybe there'll be something this week

this stock seems to have recovered from the lows early this year, be interesting to see if the price action is supported in the 1st quarter with some news regarding forward/new contracts. maybe some more directors buying shares etc .

What a coincidence! From 3rd April 2013:

mkt cap = 2m
cash = 1.6m
Therefore EV = 400k

Profit after tax = 340k
BOD cost = 430k
BOD+PAT=770k

NTAV = 1.5m

Payback on investment 6 months!
(all round sums but you get the point)
All the hallmarks of a TO?

Well I reckon they should do £350-£400k pre exceptionals this year which doesn't make them particularly cheap but not particularly expensive either.

Yes I have 8p target but lets all not forget this is backed by decent fundamentals and a yield too. I only bought one tranche in June at 2.85p so picked the low very well but no conviction to add - mistake!

Book Value 15p, profit making every year since 2000..i bore myself sometimes!

I've been saying this about Hardy for years. I'm pretty certain this is his first share purchase since 2008. I think the new shareholders will stir things up and that's long overdue.
