Result of General Meeting and TVR

22 April 2022 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to announce that the Resolutions were duly passed by Shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held today in connection with the Fundraising announced on 4 April 2022.

Accordingly, Admission of the 9,090,910 New Ordinary Shares is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 25 April 2022, alongside settlement of the New Ordinary Shares and the 1,696,970 Sale Shares.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 65,406,764 Ordinary Shares in issue, with no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, following Admission, this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
