PDMR Shareholding

14 November 2024 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, has been notified that, on 13 November 2024, Gordon McArthur, Chief Executive Officer, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 259.741 pence per share.

These PDMR dealing was undertaken for personal reasons. Subsequent to this dealing, Mr. McArthur retains a substantial shareholding of 21,353,440 Ordinary Shares, representing 32.0% of the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
