Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 October 2019, a total of 1,580,838 options over ordinary shares of GBP0.00125 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan. 538,922 Options were awarded to Fraser McDonald, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company and 1,041,916 Options were issued to certain employees of the Company.

The Options vest three years from the date of grant with an exercise price of GBP0.00125, subject to challenging performance conditions being met.
