Grant of Share Options

09 October 2020 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that on 08 October 2020 options over a total of 1,071,429 ordinary shares of GBP0.00125 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan. An Option over 105,820 shares was awarded to Fraser McDonald, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities. Options were also granted over 965,609 shares to certain employees of the Company, each of whom are not persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

The Options vest three years from the date of grant with an exercise price of GBP0.00125, subject to challenging performance conditions being met.
