Exercise of Share Options

07 November 2023 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that today it is issuing a total of 137,724 ordinary shares of GBP0.00125 each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan, at an exercise price of GBP0.00125 per Ordinary Share (the "Option Shares").

Application has been made for the 137,724 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and dealings are expected to commence on or around 10 November 2023. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have 65,709,158 ordinary shares of GBP0.00125 each in issue. The Company has no shares in treasury, therefore the figure of 65,709,158 should be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
