Well I'm no expert, I was just asking the question. No need to be so curt.

Did you even read those filings before posting them?

The first one (row 2)

"a. Purpose
The purpose of the proposed rule change is to amend the Exchange’s fees relating
to connectivity and co-location services.3 Specifically, the Exchange proposes a onetime adjustment to raise its fees for connectivity and co-location services in General 8, fees assessed for remote multi-cast ITCH (“MITCH”) Wave Ports in Equity 7, Section 115, and certain fees related to Nasdaq Testing Facilities in Equity 7, Section 130 by 10%, with certain exceptions."

The second one (row 11)

"The Exchange proposes to expand its co-location services by offering new
cabinet, power, and power distribution unit options in the Exchange’s expanded data center.3"

This is all about the new data centre referenced by felix.

Pretty safe to say that a filing about POD will specifically reference POD...

felix1, the same filing also said that POD that it won't be implemented until they establish fees;

"The Exchange intends to submit a fee filing in the future to establish fees for
POD, including fees for a dedicated server, a dedicated server with analytics, and a virtual machine. Implementation of the proposal described herein to offer POD would
coincide with the subsequent fee filing."

There has been no fee filing submitted yet, and given all filings appear to have a mandatory 3 week SEC comment window, the implementation doesn't look to be imminent.

The ball is in NASDAQ's court, and that is likely the reason why BKS didn't include any revenue for this in their FY25 forecasts

Nasdaq announced the NY11-4 data centre expansion two days ago https://www.nasdaq.com/videos/ny-11-data-center-expansion#:~:text=Nasdaq%20is%20delighted%20to%20be,data%20center%20in%20Carteret%2C%20NJ.They've obviously been busy with this and have also recently adjusted a lot of their pricing. The SEC filing which identified Beeks as the provider of NASDAQ's new Proximity on Demand (POD) service said that POD isn't dependent on NY11-4 but implied that NY11-4 would happen first. So we might now see some news. We are now also at the 12 week stage, which is how long it took to implement JSE. NASDAQ might be bigger, but logistics should also be a lot easier.

This was the outlook statement in the Final Results release only 4 weeks ago by Gordon McArthur:

“ Material growth in sales pipeline for Exchange Cloud, with several major international exchanges entering the final stages of contracting, and others at earlier points in the sales funnel”

Must be close to some contracts and the BIG one being announced and confirmed in the coming weeks. Could be anytime so don’t be out!

Thats what I was hoping Hydrus. Surely AWS and Microsoft would be thinking about taking out BKS?

I don't think there is any relevance for Beeks low latency offering which can't be provided by offsite AWS or similar offerings.

The manipulation with 1 share uncrossing trades really is a bane of the LSE. Nevertheless, news can't be far away here & a break out of the current bullflag formation will be a significant technical move, backed by fundamentally game shifting news. Can't wait.

>>Todays rise triggered by just 70,000 shares ...>>

... and then apparently wiped out by a measly UT of 1 share at 268p, which reminded me of this clip from South Park:

Quite, but it was nevertheless a nice additional perk.Of course there are AIM funds specifically geared to the IHT benefits so there may well be some offloading there. Time will tell.

She has but only a 50% not 100% reduction in IHTtax exemption on AIM profits after death As if thats ever been a reason I or many others invest in AIM shares. Totally overblown in the run up to the BUdget.

That's what it looks like, as she does not appeared to have interfered with AIM vis a vie any IHT changes; that is if I have understood correctly.
