Posted at 11/2/2008 17:19 by timely jammytass - why are you so against BED. Did they make you redundant or something? |
Posted at 10/8/2007 12:33 by lyndus Tiddlers like Bed are always at a disadvantage. If their technology is any good they will almost always be swallowed up by a larger company.Needing cash also makes them more vulnerable unfortunately. |
Posted at 02/8/2007 08:45 by bikwik Good day for buying today....VIX indicator over on wall street at extreme high....i.e. the bottom (short term anyway for the Dow and S&P). Debenhams bouncing after Chairman bought 250000 y-day. Target for tomorrow is 140p. Coffee Heaven looks good for 42p. Could buy MMG if you are brave at 125p or 126p...or better still SKP which should run towards 12 month range high near 28p on break over 23p. But best of all could be BED which looks to be finding support over 38.2% retrace level of 6.25p and ticking up from oversold on RSI and Stochastics...... |
Posted at 01/8/2007 12:00 by lyndus Can't all be bad then.Good sign ,only two of my shares going up BED and TOM. |
Posted at 01/8/2007 11:43 by bikwik Another thing......BED up.....and FOOTSIE....down 110 points.... |
Posted at 13/7/2007 11:18 by camy IMO more than a measly 7p thats for sure and perhaps significantly higher if the RNS uncovers more than one buyer as may well happen. IMO BED technology is coming into its own at a time when microprocessor manufacturers break new ground in their attempts to squeeze ever more transistors onto a chip. Whoever buys them is making an astute and very timely purchase imo. |
Posted at 13/7/2007 10:14 by camy RNS: offer for BED.So that explains why price was forced down: to squeeze out weak holders. |
Posted at 13/7/2007 09:56 by camy In my opinion the results in May were upbeat. 15/05/2007 09:35 TFNF Bede Q1 pretax loss narrows to 1.14 mln stg; order book nearly doubles BED should therefore have been going up before how imo. However as it is has relatively small market cap and is thinly traded then market makers appear to do as they please with the price with little or no effect. No doubt they will continue to do so however if you had some faith you would have used the lower share price to top up. |
