Completed the sale of shares in Brack Capital Properties N.V.
Further to the announcement on 23 May 2017, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of all the shares held in the issued and outstanding share capital of Brack Capital Properties N.V., whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, to a company under the ultimate control of Mr. Teddy Sagi through an off-market transaction.
Closing of the transaction took place on 14 June 2017.
