Transfer of Treasury Shares
The Company announces that on 18 April 2018 2,245,554 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each held as treasury shares were transferred from Treasury for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments. No further awards remain outstanding under the Company's long term incentive scheme.
Following the above transfer, the Company's issued capital consists of 804,256,263 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each of which 6,754,446 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each are held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 797,501,817 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
