BBI Director's Dealing


BBI Holdings Plc ("BBI"), the AIM listed developer and manufacturer of rapid
result diagnostic tests and reagents for the diagnostic industry, announces that
it was informed on 30th August 2007 that on that day David Evans, Chairman, had
sold the following ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("Shares") at a price
of 140 pence each.



The shares were sold to enable Mr. Evans to fulfil his undertaking to
participate in the placing of Omega Diagnostics Group plc, an AIM listed company
which he also serves as Chairman and in which he held no shares previously.
