Notification of Directors' Interests

The Company has received notification today from EES Trustees International Limited, the trustees of the BBA Group Employee Share Trust, that the trustees purchased 2,673 BBA Aviation plc ordinary 29 16/21 pence shares at 198.8641p per share on 25 May 2012 and holds these shares on trust for Simon Pryce, Group Chief Executive. The purchase was made in accordance with instructions under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan mandate in relation to the beneficial interests in shares which Simon Pryce has under the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan.

The Company received notification on 1 June 2012 from Hargreave Hale Limited that they bought 15,973 BBA Aviation plc ordinary 29 16/21 pence shares at 198.8641p per share on 25 May 2012. The purchase was made in accordance with instructions under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan mandate in relation to the beneficial interests in shares which Simon Pryce holds in a nominee account managed by Hargreave Hale Limited.

Mr Pryce's total beneficial holding following this notification is 965,369 shares.
