Could be interesting for Eureka and Wilson, Bradda's two brine projects.

If you can't get access from that link then try the link in Bradda's tweet this morning:-

Who wouldn't be a buyer down at these prices? Almost at an all time low.

Second half of the year starts next week and what a half it promises to be. Resource update for Basin with a possible $2.5m to be awarded.

Also more work will be starting at San Domingo.

Been away but it looks like the markets have been dire. Couple more holidays to come so hopefully there'll be an upturn once they're over!

Explorer, Producer or Both

This is just an opinion that Ive reached over years.
Some will agree, some wont and that depends on your style of investing.
- Many watch the share price of a stock and judge the best place to get in or get out
- Some are short term or long-term
- Some rely on good research (of which I’m a big fan), others move with the stck flow
One area Ive learnt to look at is the make up of the BOD and past performance.
You could say old habits die hard, but theres a lot to be said for experience and that goes along way in forming a view on how the a BOD will progress the business.
- You might say, what are you getting at?
- My view in relation to BHL is this, and its only mine so DYOR
All the notes suggest upside ( you would expect that) but the real question is
‘Does this BOD want to remain Explorers or become Producers?
All the indications are so far they want to progress to production, however when you listen closely to some points made especially by Ian Stalker – America is hard to get mining permits rather than Africa for example.
And the results indicate exceptional resources with more results to come
Bidens new Act on supporting Us companies with a large fund is another great benefit
So, is there anything in the past that suggests they want to be one or the other (Explorer or Producer)
My view so far is Explorer
Ive just listened again to Ian Stalker (link below) Exec Chairman in his address on Red Cloud to Miners Showcase in Toronto Canada in March thus year
Ian Stalker presents at the Red Cloud Pre-PDAC Showcase | Bradda Head (braddaheadltd.com)
And one comment he made stood out (12.15 minutes in)
He previously owned a company in Argentina which prospected Lithium from Brine – he sold it for $150m (£120m) in 2019.
In 2022, the new owners sold two of the projects for $1 billion (£800m)
My point is, if there is no investment to bring BHL to production then a sell could be possible.
Taking the last example of the two projects the brine projects of BHL could be worth a considerable some of money and could easily fetch around 0.48p per share on current Shares in Issue
Something to think about

I hope that you people all continue chatting on here, and don’t all go to twitter exclusively. I firmly believe this will be a 10bagger. I wonder what long term plans are. Bring to producing mine ? Lot of capital needed. JV with Big Brother ? Total sale? 50p or more ? Nobody knows yet what we are sitting on, what the potential is.
Next six months will tell us much more.

Thanks Ged Very useful - just looking ahead in my mind to the planned drilling programme and results. With a fair wind these should be a big consolidation and upscale on the JORC.Am intrigued by the CEOs mind on this and future plans

Hi Gepetto,

I don't recall a target price in the latest note from Shard Capital but it was 40p for the Basin Project in a previous note.

The report from 3rd May after a site visit is well worth another read.

From the report:-

Key catalysts for 2023 at Basin and San Domingo
► San Domingo Remaining assays from 7,300m diamond core drilling programme at San
Domingo (end of H1-2023). Follow-up drill programme being planned for H2.
► Basin – completion of 25 hole sonic drilling programme. Resource update in Q3.

Even more detail in the Panmure Gordon note of 9th May this year. Here is their forecast:

Initiating coverage with a Buy recommendation and 19.6p target price – We have
undertaken a valuation of Bradda Head, based on metal in the ground of its current
Resource on its Basin claystone project and a risked estimate of exploration potential for its other key assets, San Domingo and the brine projects. We reach a target price for Bradda Head of 19.6p, implying ~230% upside.

albert3591....you never seem to get bored of moaning about this stock, why don't you either sell it and head off or just head off if you don't own it.

If you are short then good luck...you are going to need it.

Just the start of a journey. Plenty of work going on that will lead to an updated resource.

Good news over at SAV and we've had to wait years.
