I never received anything about the Rule 41 de-list. Spoke to my broker who also could not confirm anything other than they were suspended in November!

I understand that they have now gone but the process of notifying shareholders is a shambles.

Clarendon- I dont think they can make an announcement via the market if that is what you are waiting for this week because they are no longer listed. Any news from now on will have to come via a letter to shareholders. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Clarendon. The directors have applied to AIM to cancel the admission of BS. shares to the Aim Market. This is not a suspension but a cancellation. What makes you so confident of something happening this week?

TDW informed me today that the company is now an unquoted company "which significantly reduces the liquidity of these shares and their value may be affected in consequence" !!!!!
The shares are being withdrawn from my nominee account and I will be issued a certificate for the shares!!
