Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

 

The Company announces that on 14 August 2024 it made a market purchase of 1,202,694 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 56.89 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	41,232,147
