In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2023, the Company had 396,279,533 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 34,026,367 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 362,253,166.

The above figure ( 362,253,166) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
