The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announced on 4 October 2019 that it had published a prospectus in conjunction with Baronsmead Venture Trust plc in relation to an offer for subscription to each raise up to GBP20 million in aggregate (before costs) with an over-allotment facility to each raise up to a further GBP5 million in aggregate (the "Offer"). The Company announced on 20 November 2019 that 11,596,119 New Shares would be issued at an issue price of 78.90 pursuant to the first allotment under the Offer.

Under the Offer the second allotment of new Shares is scheduled to take place on 10 January 2020. However, following consultation with the Company's investment manager, the Board have resolved that the second allotment will be moved to 24 January 2020 to allow investors more time to submit their subscriptions following the Christmas period. In order for New Shares to be allotted to investors under the second allotment Subscription Forms and Electronic Subscription Forms must be received by 12 noon on 17 January 2020.

Investors who are issued New Shares under the second allotment will be entitled to receive the final dividend, expected to be paid on or around 6 March 2020.
