The Company was notified on 14 September 2023 that Mr Graham McDonald, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,994 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 54.75 pence per Ordinary share.
