Announcement of Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The Directors of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc ("the Company") are pleased to announce that the Company intends to launch a new offer for subscription ("the Offer") during the 2018/19 tax year. The current intention is for the Company and Baronsmead Venture Trust plc to raise up to GBP25 million in aggregate.

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in early 2019. A further announcement will be made when the prospectus is available.
