It doesnt matter how well you think you know the Board members of a Company, how well you carry out your research into the Company, or what a Company informs you as an investor over years of RNS, at the end of the day, it means nothing, and ultimately, you know nothing!

We need to vote against this. The consequences of voting against is that the company goes bust, who stand to lose most, Redbird so they aren't going to let that happen. A better bid or rival bid may then come.

I'm sure the company didn't expect the price of Iron Ore to fall to such low levels, similarly neither did the boards of AMI, Bellzone & London Mining which all went bust due to the low prices of the end product.
