As at 31 October 2024, The Bankers Investment Trust PLC's capital consisted of 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares of 2.5p, of which 169,211,960 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is 1,145,890,870.
