Hi all. I've written a blog on Bank of Cyprus, which I am a holder of, that may be of interest to you. https://tbifund.wordpress.com/2021/08/25/bank-of-cyprus-boch-ln-sunny-skies-ahead/

The Cypriot market is very over-banked with 29 names appearing on the central bank's Register of Credit Institutions operating in Cyprus. Given the trend towards consolidation elsewhere in Southern Europe, I wonder if BOCH will find opportunities to utilise its strong funding (256% LCR) and capital position (14.7% CET1 ratio) this year.

so it is correct that all other investors sold their positions on BOCH?

Osome Investments Limited, sold all their positions in BOCH..so now free float is on 85% compared to previous 65%
Capital base is eroded.

Hi wwlI am well, hope you are too.Look noone knows as it all depends on the NPL legislation , imllemebtation etc.The international business of boch is almost dead as the USA has a tight grip on russian money going through cypriot banks. International was the g9lfen goose. So with the peanuts from loval business I do not see any super revenues offsetting the Dire NPL situation. + cypriot banks has the worst tier 1 capital ratios in the eurizone. All in all i fully expect a rwcapitalisation down the line for Boc. When and at what price who knows!Purely TA wise a good entry point would be 159c that would full the canddlestick chart.

the price is falling and continue to do so due to the capital reduction is announced at the latest Board meeting of BOCH.
Bord meeting 2.43....now 1.822 and dropping.

This bank...is just before re-capitalization.
The provisions it has to make over the NPLS will vanish remaining capital.
Vast majority of current shareholders are ex-depositors, russian oligarchs, who had their money in BOCH and after 2013 bail in became inevitably from depositors shaerholders. The Bank will be free again to go up when current investors-shareholders will be wiped out...ONCE again...and a new generation will come in. The current political and financial elit of Cyprus wants to re-take the Bank from the Russians and the same applies to British and americans. The gas reserves investments and huge amounts of money from that industry in the very next cming years will use BOCH and thus they want the bank "clean"..
