Final Dividend for Full Year 2023

 

The Board of Bakkavor Group plc (the 'Company') has today announced the Company's results and final dividend for the year ended 30 December 2023.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2024, the final dividend of 4.37 pence per share will be paid on 29 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 April 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 25 April 2024.
