Owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury on 6 April 2021. Following the issuance there will be 152,710,484 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 8,206,700 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 6 April 2021 at a price of 239.00 per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
