Holders should ask themselves 'why did Cerp merge with BPC if their assets were so great'? The answer is that the Cerp BoD had tried to make Cerp profitable for 10 years and failed to do so,they were as desperate as the BPC BoD. DO SOME RESEARCH of CERP.

Exactly, He expressed that theres a considerable upside from a share price that's underpinned from current production in Trinidad, and Saffron #2 , Suriname, Uganda , and any Farm-out in the Bahamas comes for free, That's straight from Simon Potter, CEO. So if there were any near term dilution he wouldn't of said that. No brainer here, buy and hold as this will multibag many times in the coming months. Atb
