In addition the company is just about to clear an as yet unspecified amount of unpaid bills.And are at the same time paying for coverage on outlets aimed primarily at PIs- as expected with positive information worded carefully and risks to the downside virtually ignored.DYOR

The MMs wanted 0.650p,then 0.6475p then 0.639p now 0.635p for their shares,are they suddenly feeling generous? Read what is happening,the MMs seem to have an unlimited supply to sell. My guess is we will see a big sell later on,maybe on,near or after the close.

MMs are letting their shares go for 0.635p now,ask yourself WHY are they selling them to PIs at ever lower prices? The info is there for all to see.

If a placing has been sorted then those shares could be getting sold into the market while innocent PIs keep buying them.

The MMs are not raising what they pay for shares above 0.605p but they are selling shares at ever lower prices,WHY? My guess is that they have a BIG sell that they are processing,OMINOUS.

Good post as usual from you BigSi2 and I would like to add that a market cap of £30.2m is very high for 450-500 bopd production which was always a loss making level for Cerp/lgo. There is a lot of future optimism in this market cap and many more shares will have to be issued,imo.

BPC can not fund planned developments solely from existing cash and certainly not from existing production.As such ...The share price WONT increase in line with production if the shares in issue are increased commensurately.The company has CLEALRY stated it intends to raise necessary funds via same means as it has previously utilised ie share issuance

All I'll say is that as are oil production increases so will the sp, P1 has already dropped the share price to today's level, all the assets that we have are not priced in the share price except the current production levels, that's all about to change. Starting from next week. So it really is a great opportunity to buy in cheap at this level.

deltalo,read my post above,I have been consistently right about LGO/CERP for years,it was my biggest winner,it gave me 60k profit,I only wish that I had sussed it out better earlier than I did as I would have made even more.

LGO actually hit over 6.5p before the 20:1 consolidation,which is over 130p by todays standards,many old LGO/Cerp holders admit to being down by around 90% but I suspect that some may be even more down and this nightmare isn't over for some of them.
