I hope the wording on the legal document is as ludicrous as this:

“For example, we are being asked to take their word that the company has adequate insurance. What does that even mean in this context? The Deepwater Horizon disaster took place while BP was trying to cap the exploratory well and it cost $65 billion to clean up. We find it highly unlikely that BPC has insurance coverage to that level, and if they do, why won’t they simply come out and provide proof of coverage?”

Whilst I still expect P#1 to commence on time I find it somewhat ironic that there are likely to be some nervous BPC LTH'ers who now see the CERP merger in a whole different light, contrary to their initial reservations about the deal.

Weakness was totally irrational given the GOB will push for the drill. We should get anther leg up into the close - if not I will keep on buying sub 3 until we pass the 3 mark.

They can but it is Barbados and someone in the government will know the judge - i am not worried about that - many others things to worry but not this - at least not for me. The drill will happen.

Day traders will be......loads moved in at 2.6p and below, question is, will they all dump this afternoon.........

Will only know if the share price start to drop and then a massive amount of sells come in to close down from the intraday highs.
