I'm still positive the drill will go forward, this is scare mongering at it's best.
When the dust settles and this news is squashed the share price will be back north.imo

Well they're fully funded for this one drill.These "majors" had a chance to farmin for over a decade now and chose not.The target remains and still is the dirt of play you dont see companies smaller than majors pursuing alone. So surly his statement is 2 fingers up at those major's rather than a hint of farmin.After the drilling (on success) then those guys will be paying a lot more to take part.As for shareholders, I wouldnt worry about the price movement or the recent drop...if you're invested for the end prize, then the end result will be the same size. This drop allows people who missed to join at a lower price and those already invested to load up too. Enjoy the recent dip in the price I'd say.

Suriname is the next one, thank goodness they have that in reserve. One positive thing is that if there is no drill in the Bahamas the company will have a lot of cash sloshing around for other projects!

Operational Update: Trinidad & Tobago and Suriname


On track to deliver Competent Person's Report (CPR) in mid-November 2020, covering all the Company's assets in Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname. Competent Person's Report - independent assessment of portfolio-wide resource Consistent with previous announcements, BPC has contracted an international oil and gas engineering consulting firm, ERC Equipoise Ltd, to undertake a detailed 3rd party, independent Competent Person's Report, covering all assets in Trinidad and Tobago, and Suriname. Work is progressing well, and the results are expected during mid November 2020.
