I wonder what the majors strategy is. Sit back and watch. Or leave it to last minute as FOMO kicks in. If it's last minute, then major will know what BPC will accept and any farmout can quickly happen. I'm sure they all know what the deal is by now.
3.53p resistance is strong. Been broken twice now. Third time and we will be 4p+.

Super Major farm-in before drillI still expect last years Super Major to return shortly.Their hand will be forced by the Stena option as they will not want to lose out on a 35% CoS ("Dead cert") for up to 28 billion barrels of oil off the coast of the USA to anyone else,especially after paying all that money last year for exclusivity.This has such enormous potential,even before we drill.

On track to deliver Competent Person's Report (CPR) in mid-November 2020, covering all the Company's assets in Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname.

Competent Person's Report - independent assessment of portfolio-wide resource

Consistent with previous announcements, BPC has contracted an international oil and gas engineering consulting firm, ERC Equipoise Ltd, to undertake a detailed 3rd party, independent Competent Person's Report, covering all assets in Trinidad and Tobago, and Suriname. Work is progressing well, and the results are expected during mid-November 2020.

The anti-drillers are ramping up their opposition. I dont expect them to stop the drilling, but keep an eye on it. Their best avenue of attack would be to get the Bizzell CLN facility terminated (eg BPC do not quality and then conditions are not waived) - which would leave BPC without the cash to proceed. Need to be aware cause this group is growing in size and getting more active now into the end game.

It is good to see you back posting and I hope that you are through your most difficult times.

I agree with your two analytical posts but, as you know, I was wary of Mr Koot from when he took over our company. There was something about the relentless “power of positive thinking” at all the meetings I attended (and also the video communications) that made me uncomfortable. That is not to doubt Mr Koot’s ability, or track record, and each CEO has a job to do to keep interest in their company. He will be a valuable member of the BPC Board.

Off Topic...as we are out of trading hours - but good info.

Very extensive note on PANR - Pantheon Resources (done by WH Ireland). Quite impressive level of detail and something that all companies should consider, getting good information out there is key. As for PANR, probably the biggest oil well in 2021 to be drilled, hopefully in Q1.
