Estimated time of departure of DrillMax Ice, from a post by CoMan on LSE (my comments in the [square brackets]):

"my understanding is the rig will leave the docks around the 22nd [Nov] and complete DP trials prior to sailing. The rig is capable of getting to the Bahamas in the timeframe mentioned [ 10-14 days] however as Stena will be paying for the fuel it would seem more likely that they will sail at an economical 8 knots as opposed to 10 or 12 knots. So probably looking at around 20 days to the Bahamas, +/- 4 or 5 days to load everything up and prepare to spud so I'd guess spudding around the 19th of December"

So, departure c.22nd Nov for a spud c.19th Dec.
Any thoughts?

BigSi2 You may be right as all trades bar 3 were all done between 2.45 and 2.31. The last two trades were done at 2.60 and 2.50 UT. For me this seems very strange on the basis of activity this share should be say 2.40 but because of two tiny end of day trades the share price hardly moved. I know you should not read to much into these things but we all love a conspiracy theory.

Still a sizeable volume of buys - Anything above 2.4The 2.55 and 2.60 trades are misleading

Well another day andthe share price goes down and then back to 2.50 if you look at the volumes its almost entirely sells. Could we be looking at an orchestrated attempt to keep the price at 2.50+. Normally you would expect the sales volume over the buy volume to depress the share price It would appear that we have a large buyer or buyers in the background. My guess is that this an share price support programme to allow more funds to raised if required at say 2p. As I say its a guess WTFDIK be interested in other folks opinion.

Thanks for that and ok to continue to read and react accordingly, I am still looking at over 3p pre spud.

I am in eme very high invested there, any views there, its dropped some what to say the least, I have 85% of my portfolio in eme that's approx. £80k
