Offer dropping on sells - I'd say it looks rather topish.what does Whoppy and his 5 minute charts make if it?CCI RSI & STOCH all indicators showing overbought but what do I know?

Looks like the mm's trying to get stock, be surprised if this does not reverse quick into the close. All looks good to me. I like Malky's comments as well plus all the positive news from officials.

Ws very nervous this morning so top sliced, couldn't leave 100% on the table much longer in case something goes wrong, got caught last time around and only now break even on those, so will sit with what I had earlier untill I see more clarity. Besides I need the dosh to move house with. I think if Malcky new the major he would say as his mouth is to big to keep it in to long.

Lot of time for Malky .... He has always been openly cynical about BPC because of location and timing etc.......but clearly been following it and I agree if ever it is going to happen,,,,best chance for a long time ..praise indeed

This is a good point from someone on LSE:

"The Government has advised of the engagement of Black & Veatch, a leading petroleum industry consultant, to assist with this process. Black & Veatch previously advised the Government in the process for the Company's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), filed in 2012."

If a deal was not imminent, they would not be shelling out in this way!

I would say that the BPC’ers are very lucky at the moment, your company could fundraise with negligible effect on the share price and gain yet more running room.

If an oil well is ever drilled in acreage adjacent to Cuba though I will completely revise my geopolitical model and start to believe more in the power of business!

This got to 7p on JV talks news.

Now we have confirmed extension,massive press and BPC saying multiple potential partners and even the Bahamas Attorney General himself saying he knows who the Major is.

This will reach 7p easily very soon and 10p+ on JV news.
An absolute steal at this price. Its so obvious there is serious buying now behind this.

This is the REAL deal this time round.

The Bahamian Government will only want a top notch major so probably extended the licence for another 2 years for them. The legals of the licences and the legal advice was strongly worded in favour of BPC, so this must be what the major was looking for.

I wonder if £37 BILLION mkt cap BHP would be interested in up to 28 BILLION barrels of oil off the coast of the USA?

What would it do to the share price if true?

my money is still on the previous JV partner suspending talks pending assurances from government and now they have them they are extremely close to signing JV are were in very advanced discussions before and almost certainly near a signature.

i think JV will be announced alot sooner than many think.
