Yes, rig technical details and specifications are needed for the EA to be signed off. That means the rig has to be named and available. West Saturn is the likely rig. It was photographed in the presentation last week and the well will be drilled using MPD. West Saturn has MPD capability.

@whoppy I don't think the rig has been signed off yet. There is no mention of it in the RNS. As the broker note yesterday stated, it is a major milestone and RNS worthy and so I think it is still to come.
