02/9/2019 21:20 | Ok thanks guys. Will this mean that our shares become less valuable and we lose money if they issue more shares? | cthesherrif
02/9/2019 21:15 | Yes, everyone should call their broker and approve all resolutions. It’s a no brainer for the company and shareholders. | linton78
02/9/2019 21:08 | What mpls and laallee said!!!! | armatrading
02/9/2019 20:59 | They are issuing more shares to get us to the drill phase whilst giving themselves a lump of shares as they see fit. If you want to get the drill turning, vote for all actions. | laallee
02/9/2019 20:59 | In a nutshell the authority to raise capital via the loan notes and issue of shares so they have the money for a drill to 1H2020, probably 1Q2020. The preference is still a JV and BPC may not need to raise the money. BPC are strengthening their hand in negotiations with prospective partners. The potential JV companies will look to the AGM to see if BPC get the authority. So, if you want a drill or two next year vote YES. | mpls
02/9/2019 20:07 | So I have received the pack from BPC asking me to sign and send off. Can someone please summarise what they are asking me to sign up to or sign away as I don’t fully understand it. Thanks | cthesherrif
