Potter is on a rolling contract after 12 months so there will be no RNS about it unless he or the board give three months notice.

I still think its the same major as last year, not many companies would throw a million away and the RNS never said they had walked?

The clock is ticking and that farm-in deal needs to be signed ASAP now.

If the major that paid for exclusivity is back then we should hear shortly - within the next month?? Otherwise its back to square one with someone new.

That should take us up to 5-6 months of intensive talks & DD with the major - which should be enough for a deal to completed.

Last top up coming tomorrow for me... still confident but not taking anything for granted.

Litho - yes, all wrapped up tax free... :-)

On the bright side we can all buy or transfer alot more existing BPC shares at cheap price's to our ISA soon to make even more huge amounts of tax free profits when we get to 10p-20p :0)

The shares were placed @ 1.6p current bid is 1.65p so it will need to be much higher to move them. share price needs to get a bloody move on, it seems to drag on forever, nice salary he gets and needs to deliver.

Thanks Stewart - in that case you would assume a contract extension Friday. I cant see them combining it it with deal news / progress but would like to be wrong of course!

Hi Gismo - I think we will hover around this mark until the new shares clear and hopefully some positive news breaks on the next steps towards a drill.

I just checked the RNS dated 16 March 2018 and it says basically extended for a year so you would think an announcement is required going forward however I also noted the amendments to his contract at a later date in another RNS that said :-

"1) No change to the term of the existing contract (as previously announced), following which a three month notice period from either party applies."


Therefore if it was to end from either part notice would need to be given before the end of his contract, either way I believe it should be announced.

Morning Linton, why the weird trading, buys going through as sells? Don't they want us to buy? Not seen this in a share so consistently. Maybe their delay is to announce the deal at the sometime. Must be near. Still don't think the AG would make his statement up

Potters contract runs out at the end of this month so news should land tomorrow or Friday on that front.

Last year we got an update on the 16th March so they are leaving it to the very last minute this time around....
