I've no intention of letting these shares go.I know they were a steal. What surprises me some investors are buying into maybes and might bes when imo is and how big and quick this company is going places .

Could be but I've noticed this morning thier were alot of buys around 2.50ish without any upward movement at all!

Ps all of the late reported large buys were timed when the offer was 2.2p and 2.4p and also 2.3p.and 2.4p, and all closer to the offer than the bid...maybe the next holdings Rns will be a passing of the 3% threshold upwards rather than downwards....watch this space!!! :-)

Lol...not the time to be selling big imho, given the implications of the fundamental change to Bagir's prospects with Shandong with their feet firmly under the table....if we don't get a holdings Rns from AXA soon, then given that it's not totally clear if the large late reported trades are sells or buys, it's highly possible that someone could be accumulating big under the radar...Gl:-)

To be fair there could be another big seller in the back ground they were instant quotes between 2.35 to 2.50.

I bought in £10000 buys last fri and mid morning today 7200000 in total. Looking for a decent return in the long term.

AXA shares must be all but sold.Ive gained 2.2% of the company's shares over fri and today! Hopefully it will pay off in the long term or its curtains for me!!!

Hopefully it was a buy as far as i'm concerned, along with all the other large late reported trades ....AXA reduced their holding from 6.35% to 4.95% on the 16th July , and the holdings Rns arrived 18th the same day as the Shandong Rns .and so if we don't get a holdings Rns from AXA soon to say they are under 3% and out, , then given the ambiguous pricing of the late trades, rather than AXA off loading we could actually have some one loading up , under the radar instead....watch this space!!!??? GLA:-)

There's only one late reported trade for 3.5m priced at 2.3275p, that i can see, and it's delayed from 20/7/18 and timed at 08:21:36 on that day....when the Bid was at 2.2p and the offer was at 2.4p......a Buy was listed at 2.372p timed at 08:17:14 and another Buy listed at 08:20:11 priced at 2.39p.....and so once again a large late reported trade was closer to the offer than the Bid, and so conceivably be a buy, we haven't had a holdings Rns from Axa yet!!!??? ;-)

BAGR was looking sharp after an investment from Chinese brands giant Shandong Ruyi. Shandong said it would pay £12.6million for 54% of Bagir and bag 360million new shares for 3.5p each, worth an extra £12.6million. Eran Itzhak, the company’s chief executive, said Shandong’s involvement ‘fundamentally changes the future prospects of Bagir’.
