04/12/2019 15:42 | Heavily manipulated again. Mostly buys but mm's refuse to push and then shake on the 600k+ sale. Mid price to sell 0.575p and full offer to buy. | dave4545
01/12/2019 13:07 | Cannot find anything on this Ben guy, seems his name is common or thousands of people have very similar names one letter out. From interims I missed this or forgot it. "The Company has made use of the opportunity offered by Shandong Ruyi to acquire 335,000 meters of wool and wool blend fabrics worth $3.0m with payment not due until 30 March 2020 thereby creating an excellent commercial opportunity" Instead of waiting for a payment from Ruyi which might not be blocked, why not give them a stake in Bagr in exchange for materials, in effect it works out the same way. Instead of making a payment for this 335k of wool just issue new shares at a inflated price hopefully 3.5p that they have mentioned. | dave4545
29/11/2019 16:04 | Israeli guy builds up 8% stake in Israeli company He's been buying for over a month. Probably paid average 0.75p pi's sell after that news at 0.56p Sums up this market. | dave4545
29/11/2019 15:05 | Dave4545 Look at CLON and ROCKFIRE. Bet you wished you’d bought when I was apparently ramping them LOL. Watch when news lands in both. | intheknow69
29/11/2019 13:49 | tidy2 Most importantly for me is he is Israeli and this company is the same. Most bullish news for ages and punters do not see it, well some do. A few idiots that just bought in selling because it's not moved in 1 hour | dave4545
29/11/2019 13:39 | Who is SHLOMO.CKHAIM.BEN EZRY Any ideas? | tidy 2
29/11/2019 12:40 | Hope you still hold md not too late to buy back. If it gets to 20-30% up the herd will return and we could have the next ponzi stock. | dave4545
29/11/2019 12:17 | well, I hope its a multi-bagr (see what I did there?) | mister md
29/11/2019 11:49 | Like I said I think some people have read this wrong. TBH the only people that have sold are a couple of notorious accounts that bought in for a fast buck then sold for a loss 20 mins later because of zero patience. To me it looks insider or connected so follow the money is my motto. I also think there is a buy order in the system, can sell size | dave4545
29/11/2019 11:25 | If it's dodgy then we should see 6p v.soon......bring it on! | k1ngkonggb
29/11/2019 09:53 | dave4545 - Cloudtag (registered in the Cayman Islands and now St Vincent ?!) seemed to be seriously dodgy to me. Great if you made a profit on it, but I prefer to invest in honest and reliable companies. Seen many India/China/Israeli based companies on AIM scam their investors (remember Langbar, the biggest fraud of them all ?!) so a bit of caution is always required. I'm still hoping for the Ruyi transaction to go through here, as they will most likely run into cash problems without that going through. High risk hence modest holding. Good luck to all invested | mister md
29/11/2019 09:32 | The way I see it is a Israeli buying size in a Israeli based company. Follow the money. If he's got the not Ruyi are still playing then everybody will make a lot of money. I could not care less about Ctag, everybody had plenty of time to bank at least a free ride in that stock and a substantial profit..no good moaning about it still | dave4545
29/11/2019 09:27 | ta for the update dave4545...looks like it will come good, patience is the key here;-) | pre
29/11/2019 09:26 | transaction occurred on the 25th though, so well before the AGM? Wouldnt want anything to do with anything/anyone associated with the disaster that was CTAG personally, but holding a modest amount here - small % of total portfolio though ;) | mister md
29/11/2019 09:06 | AGM...anything of significance announced? still in the dark here. | pre
29/11/2019 08:34 | Holdings RNS, from no disclosure to 8.1% he knows something. DC | daicaprice
28/11/2019 18:09 | Rag, You also forgot that Ruyi have provided extended credit terms on raw materials as well as leads to major contracts in China via their Vietnamese production line. I think a certain private investor who posted at an annoying rate on the other board has sold out with his so called followers. | k1ngkonggb
28/11/2019 16:01 | Looking at the last financial statements I am starting to think the company will be better off if the Ruyi deal doesnt come .Firstly they have had £3m FocThey have increased Revenue from 24m (H1 2018) to 32m (H1 2019) And at the same time increased margin from 6.7% to 11.8%They have turned a negative cashflow of 6.7m (H1 2018) to a cash positive of 0.3m in H1 2019 putting them into a profit from a loss. They also reckon they can shave another 0.8m off admin expensesThere have been huge strides forward over the last 12 months and looks to me like they have well and truly turned a corner. oversold imo | ragnarr
28/11/2019 15:36 | Good job they got the non refundable dosh up front. DC | daicaprice
28/11/2019 15:34 | Ok thanks. DC | daicaprice
28/11/2019 15:07 | Was there no mention of the Shandong deal dpl? DC | daicaprice |
