2.75p at the best ask on show, although it looks as though stock can be got for a more than reasonable 2.54p

Apart from the dubiety over the delayed payment the further problem IMHO is that the Chinese company will own 54% post deal and therefore ordinary shareholders will be minority stakeholders in the business and the Chinese can run the business as they like. Hence presumably why the existing Israeli investors are selling out.
