05/2/2020 12:52 | Willagers now own <>55% of the shares, could that lead to them taken the company private !! | m welsh
03/2/2020 22:23 | Not many in free float. Marketmakers are firm in 15000 shares and while the spread today was 5p it is normally much lower - seen it as low as 1p when, unlike today, orders are placed on the order book. | callumross
03/2/2020 20:14 | Are there any shares available? | velocytongo
03/2/2020 19:53 | I get it to at least 75p a share. 300% increase. No wonder the Willagers are accumulating. They must have knowledge and an agenda. | jimboyce
03/2/2020 19:32 | A very strange one indeed, all because of a 200 share uncrossed trade worth £44! Correct me if I am wrong (and I realise the share price is so low because of all the previous going ons at BSD) but I calculate the Willi Foods stake at 90p per share. Or am I missing something? | callumross
29/1/2020 19:20 | Thanks for this. May nibble a few more. | callumross
29/1/2020 17:36 | Interesting that Williger has increased his holding from just over 25% to almost 29%: | grahamburn
31/10/2019 16:15 | Despite all the uncertainties this one does seem to be gathering a head of steam. | callumross
24/9/2019 16:23 | The CEO of Geo Interactive Media went toprison for Fraud.A certain Eli Raifman, | hotfinance14
24/9/2019 14:49 | BDS is still 62% owner of Willi Foods, which is doing very well, according to the latest filings. | jimboyce
24/9/2019 14:40 | I still have virtually worthless shares in this from when I put £3k in when it was called Geo Interactive Media. It was one of those hyper-overvalued tech firms claiming it was going to be the main provider of video streaming software to mobile phone companies. I think it just ended up as technology that wasn't taken up by the big companies-I'm not aware there was any fraud going on. Although we have a huge amount of fraud in the UK - e.g. Goals Soccer Centres, and most of the mining exploration companies are Ponzi schemes. | apollocreed1
23/9/2019 12:54 | Looks like both MM's have stopped making a market in this one. Existing shareholders well gubbed. | callumross
22/8/2019 14:12 | Here is the actual statement. True jimboyce the figures are encouraging, but Note 5 at the end of the accounts is very illuminating. It shows just how many question marks hang over the company's financial position regarding claims and counterclaims where the figures are huge (relative to the company's balance sheet). A quick reading implies these could go on for years with the outcome uncertain. | grahamburn
14/8/2019 20:31 | Willi foods results out. Very good numbers. Surely it's owner BSD deserves an uplift in price. | jimboyce

02/4/2019 14:45 | Willi food market cap = 82m sterling. So 62% owned by BDS is 51m. Ignore everything else including at least 20m in cash at BDS. BDS market cap 20m sterling. Seriously undervalued. | jimboyce
01/4/2019 15:49 | I think you need to be a lawyer to invest here! w1 | woozle1
01/4/2019 13:05 | Seriously under valued here. Look at the value of Willi Foods.Major shareholders buying on the cheap. Unbelievable. | jimboyce
05/2/2019 12:38 | What's happening, up 11% today.. | ragewarrior
16/1/2019 17:59 | The ones that launch on AIM, so it seems. Lot's of Isreali companies have launched over the years on Nasdaq, and most have thrived. Maybe it's because of the shockingly lax regulation on AIM that attracts them. More than a few Chinese and Indian companies have done similar on AIM, which does suggest the issue is AIM regulation. Look at Cake! Criminals come in all nationalities. | waterloo01
16/1/2019 17:54 | It seems all these Israeli's are crooks. | hotfinance14
15/1/2019 14:51 | and more criminals to add to the original ones (and the ones that got away). The money however has all gone to Ukraine and never to be seen again | waterloo01
18/10/2018 18:36 | Shouldn’t have to. Published accounts of a PLC should be readily available! | callumross |
