16/1/2016 13:05 | As I understand it, the cash hasn't gone MISSING. That is, we know that BSD is owed by the Austrian bank with liquidity (and possibly solvency) issues. The question is is there a fraudulent relationship between the bank and past or current BSD directors? ie is there some kick-back for ex or current directors of BSD. Is the claim to liquidity issues at the bank itself fraudulent? On the face of it, this seems much more unlikely than not, as such a fraud would soon become apparent. A stupid fraud then or stupid banking decisions? Probably the latter - but this has to be shown. The disclosure of the relevant documents behind BSD's banking decisions - as legally requested already - should help to clarify this issue. | cjohn
14/1/2016 19:30 | Those 18 Million shares are worth about 18 MILLION in CASH terms IF the Money is not lost that is ?? I wonder if their is anyone out there that will want 18 MILLION GBP for 300 GRAND | moneyman18
13/1/2016 18:48 | I guess now that the cash as gone missing, they got out at a good price, I wonder if they where brought by a German bank ? | moneyman18
13/1/2016 15:24 | So who bought them and where does that leave independent shareholders? Surprised it's not been suspended given the lack of NEDS however I guess that now Schroders and Norg are out they can appoint whoever they want. | waterloo01
13/1/2016 11:51 | Hi Landsker, You are right. The perception is that something fraudulent must have occurred. But unfortunately, it's just as likely that cretinous banking decisions were made. The recent resignation of the FD is compatible with either possiblity. Ironcially, BSD's holding of the Willi-Food business should underpin BSD's share Price. | cjohn
12/1/2016 20:36 | Have well all called bottom ? UNBELIEVABLE | moneyman18
12/1/2016 10:46 | No update on those shares ?? Are they above the rules ? Are they some of the missing BLZ shares ?? ( If that's possible ? ) | moneyman18
11/1/2016 18:24 | I think you are right as Schroders was holding a customers shares for a short position which looks like its finally closed Like you the risk to hold is too great which probably means this was bottom as I ALWAYS get it wrong | moneyman18
11/1/2016 10:59 | 18m shares? Must be Schroders. I'm also out. Had enough. Best of luck all who remain. | waterloo01
10/1/2016 16:06 | Bunch of suckers! | amir kupervas
08/1/2016 21:13 | you would think there would be some journalists digging into this affair from the likes of haaretz or globes, who knows maybe there is | landsker
08/1/2016 11:03 | My retirement fund. PM me. | waterloo01
08/1/2016 11:01 | Yes I would like to be put forward. Ive been a director for three other companies and am excellent at sniffing out fraud. | my retirement fund
08/1/2016 10:56 | The company has $30m with the Austrian bank, which, (we are told), it is trying to withdraw. Most of the rest rest of its cash is in the Azerbaijan bank with the ba3 rating. As of yesterday we have a motion for disclosure - from an invsetor in BGI for documents and minutes relating to the relevant banking decisions that led to the above situation. "A resposne" from the company is required within thrity days. A hearing of the motion is set for April. This disclosure motion is a positive step. We need more. We - I - have been too passive. The non-execs here have not done their job. Is there a BB reader who'd like to be put forward as a non-exec? or does anyone know of someone who would like to be? Is there anyone with a legal background who'd be prepared to follow in more detail the various shenanigans and enter inot contact with the Company? | cjohn
07/1/2016 16:19 | Almost top of the risers lol. Said there was a buyer still in the background. | waterloo01
07/1/2016 08:59 | if something fraudulent has gone on here the perception might be this question, are bsd victims of it or are they involved in it, untill we get more information people will draw their own conclusions be they correct ones or not | landsker
07/1/2016 08:22 | I was going to say it could have been worse, but not so sure now although if they pull a rabbit out the hat (ie get their cash back) it might turn in our favour. | waterloo01
07/1/2016 04:26 | Decided to get out of this the other day with a small loss. Again a foreign based Aim stock shows its true colours. Just don't trust this one now. Too many strange rns statements. Never seen anything like it to be honest. Just plain weird. | spob
07/1/2016 00:00 | Also MRF whats your interest here , do you own any stock. Whats your motive. | plake
06/1/2016 23:56 | So all companies investors etc who have money invested with the bank will also lose it or just BSD money. | plake
06/1/2016 23:35 | I rather fear this is no so far from reality. Rather than a case of having been put into dodgy insolvent banks, it highly possible this was simply the first stage in an elaborate chain of shady transaction in which the funds have been stolen. Its worth pausing and taking stock of the Australian Jewish facing deposit bank. If the European regulatory bodies are struggling to legally require its board resign then the best lawyers in the land are sure as hell going to be facing an almost impossible task to establish what further banks the funds were then subsiqently transferred to.I really do feel this money will never be seen again :( Sorry guys!!! | my retirement fund
06/1/2016 21:51 | NO WAY would a Bank of that grading have lost 100 million dollars, pounds or what ever; 40 Million dollars to ANY bank with a grading is PEANUTS so NO the Bank would not have lost the Money, IF the Money has gone then it would have been done with a transaction to another account that is the worry, Remember the RAIDERS see themselves as the victims, they believe they where given a valuation of BLZ which was WAY OUT, and their customers paid the price, If the Money has gone its down to old scores being settled, what ever happened to those missing shares ? Those shares will also be worthless Lets hope this is not the case. | moneyman18
06/1/2016 20:30 | Do people really think that they have lost 40 million just like that ? If it's true is an absolute scandal. | plake
06/1/2016 17:47 | The RAIDERS took over BLZ what did you expect, Could have sold at 22p just last week and 25p if you where lucky NO ONE is giving support here I am guessing the money has all gone, Lucky they down graded the company to ensure no investigations remember those with short options are cracking open the champagne NOT EVERYONE IS A LOSER | moneyman18 |
