Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company's
announcement of 24 December, 2013.

Further to the Company's announcement of 24 December, 2013 and in line with the
terms of the Offer, BGI has informed the Company that in order to accommodate
as many shareholders and depository interest holders of the Company as
possible, and at the request of certain shareholders and depository interest
holders in light of technical issues due to the Christmas festive period, the
deadline for accepting the Offer will be extended until 17 January 2014, so
that the revised expected timetable shall be as follows:
