23/10/2016 14:59 | I would not know, its such a difficult call. The company directors have pointed out the facts that this is the only current viable offer, and as the company is not trading the market for selling shares is ZERO. BUT the problem is is why is there an offer in the first place ? does this mean that by hook or by crook all the issues will be sorted ? what would a year bring: Apple accepting the BSD crown claim ? If I had shares I would probably be scared NOT to sell them. IF I was rich and had no care for the loss, I would probably hold on. you need some one else to give input, Is there anyone out there | moneyman18
23/10/2016 11:20 | What would you do MM18. | plake
21/10/2016 09:37 | When is the extension to ? | hotfinance14
20/10/2016 15:28 | You guys have positive news, The amount of shares is now reduced to a level which should be achievable and you have an extension | moneyman18
19/10/2016 16:55 | Will they give you the full amount or deduct tax first ? Leaving you to prove that you made no profits | moneyman18
19/10/2016 12:00 | Thanks for the info. | hotfinance14
19/10/2016 11:30 | yes with the tax declaration and tender form. All the documents are available on the bsd crown website under Tender Offer in the left hand list in Investors. | gclark
19/10/2016 10:07 | Do you now have to send the certificates to the company registrar asking them to sell them and forward you a cheque ? | hotfinance14
19/10/2016 05:14 | Certificates arrived yesterday, so took 11 days. | gclark
08/10/2016 14:51 | I would say its probably a good time to get the Certificates as EVEN if you decide not to sell , you hold shares that are in your hands IF they re list OR go Private you will still hold a part of the company but if left with the broker you will have to pay account maint charges, AND if I am right its not normal for brokers to issue back the shares if the company is not listed. Get and HOLD your shares THEN DECIDE | moneyman18
07/10/2016 14:44 | Just phoned Halifax and have ordered my shares in certificate form. They say it will take 2-3 weeks, so need to do it quick to meet the deadline, if you want to sell. | gclark
07/10/2016 12:42 | interesting thoughts moneyman18 According to the receiving agent the process of withdrawing shares is automated so as long as brokers are willing to efficiently convey the requests of their clients, the certificates should arrive quickly. | milosmilos
06/10/2016 21:42 | Apple case DEAD, Emoze managers sacked Cash Lost, BSD managers sacked 60% ownership of willi foods To me they want to ensure that they protect the Willi Foods part of this company, and thus not really bothered about anything else. That would be my WILD guess, So carrying on with the wild thoughts, they are not buying shares to re sell at a higher price they are buying shares in order to control, which means this maybe your only chance to get cash, UNLESS another offer appears in the next 10 days, there is not going to be a bidding war. But we shall see | moneyman18
06/10/2016 16:23 | One of you guys should email the company and ask WHY can this Tender offer NOT be treated like the last one when they brought up 20% of everyone shares; all that was done on line. Maybe their is a reason that we don't know, OR maybe the company is not aware | moneyman18
06/10/2016 15:12 | This is how to get hold of the cash and the assets and this new partnership will control all of that as a private company Seems unfair to small holders | moneyman18
06/10/2016 15:10 | The Company could make this process EASY as with all NORMAL tender offers, You have to wonder why, especially as most holders with have less than 100 k shares | moneyman18
06/10/2016 14:59 | You don't have 20 days as you need to get the stock certificated. If you wake up in 20 days time and decide you want 27.5p it will be too late. And you'll be here for another 20 years writing dross on forums | milosmilos
06/10/2016 14:40 | Be here 20 years, I now the business is a mess, still got 20 days to chance my mind.Good luck to you milosmilos. | cheeky13
06/10/2016 14:36 | Should be enough time. I hope other are accepting the offer. Last train out of this ghost town | milosmilos
06/10/2016 14:35 | Actually we have waaaaay less time than that. One of my online broker accounts told me yesterday that its going to be a long process that they have already started for some other clients. I'm going to hustle them for the paperwork TODAY. | atty3
06/10/2016 14:29 | you have 20 days to get everything sorted | moneyman18
06/10/2016 14:24 | You are dreaming if you think someone is going to wake up one day and offer 60p for BSD. The business is in a mess. Needs an owner operator to sort it out. I'm taking the 27.5p and running. Don't fall in love with a stock. You end up making bad decisions when that happens. Take the money and find new ways to lose it. | milosmilos
06/10/2016 14:15 | Yossi isn`t some World charity doing us a favour. | cheeky13 |
