The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 23 July 2024 were passed and the results of the votes were as follows.

Please note that a vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of votes for and against a resolution.

On the record date on 9 July 2024, the total number of voting rights was 1,002,779,437 (TVR) and the total number of shares in issue was 1,002,790,896 (ISC).
