18/4/2005 08:15 | I cant wait to see the postings by you guys when the deal is announced. I have to say that if I wasn't in receipt of a little bit of info on the side (that I stumbled across purely by chance) then I wouldn't touch this one with a barge pole either, and the above comments at face value are understandable. But remember big deals always take longer than anyone expects. If it comes off you will all be slightly shocked. | hurricaneisabel
15/4/2005 08:10 | Looks like, for their troubles, Rowland & Knifton have probably funnelled out that £300k drbeat. Facts on Rowland - Jellyworks - Never turned up for work. issues himself shares and flogs them while all other investors are tied in for 18 months from launch. incumbator that holds already listed companies. prompts fsa inquiry. jellyworks sold to one of his dads company's as a means to delist, all investments such as orchestream, eventually plummet. resurge - calls in administrators 03 - 05. azman - rest in peace - summer '05 total combined experience of school drop out and a marker maker in mining = zero. Now if he launched a company specialising in scamming it might be worth a punt. | miamisteve

12/4/2005 22:55 | Hi It facinates me how some of you can simply write off this share which is barely on the market 6 weeks, without any concrete information from the company.I would like to read your logic behind these words of wisdom. You know nothing about the future of this company, yet you talk like you had just read their first annual report. The negative comments are quite nieve to say the least, but everybody is entitled to their opinion. I read the prospectus and since the first days trading , with the exception of the announcement that Ray Ranson, owned 8.3% of the company, the company has made no announcements about future plans.Incidentially I was the person who bought 150k today, one of only 7 reported trades. Its a speculation but Im quite happy with my investment and time will tell just how good or bad it was. Will follow the views of drbeat, double6 and others with interest. SM | stephanie_m

11/4/2005 11:36 | Read this post on the zba thread and thought of you - Gypsy Eyes - 10 Apr'05 - 20:29 - 3582 of 3595 This may seem like a funny thing to say considering I am in ZAR and ZBA, but I was glad to read in today's Sunday Times that city brokers will meet the LSE this week to 'raise concerns at the increasing number of "questionable" resources companies floating on AIM" Goes on to say "The stockbrokers, led by Numis Securities and Seymour Pierce, plan to ask the exchange to increase regulation of companies in the sector" It states that of the 1143 companies on AIM 220 are mining/gas/oil. These 220 make up a total mkt cap of approx £12.3billion, almost a third of the total mkt cap of AIM. Interestingly, the total mkt cap of AIM resource companies that have so far failed to actually produce anything of any worth (i.e. oil, gas, gold, diamonds etc..) is £5.7billion! | miamisteve
