Publication of a prospectus

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to a placing programme for up to 500 million ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Shares will be issued pursuant to the authorities granted by the Company's shareholders at a general meeting of the Company held on 5 October 2018.

The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.axiom-ai.com and on the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
