06/2/2003 11:17 | I'm rather missing the ranting Messages Board on Yahoo - I like my daily does of Emmanuel - knowing ACTI's luck, the ticker will be established the day war breaks out and down we'll go. I notice there was a 92.5% take up - I guess that means there are 7.5% of shares weren't part of the reincorporation which is the same as a 7.5% buy-back! Or am I daft? | faz
06/2/2003 11:11 | Yep, resolution was passed, will now trade as actid on nasdaq for aprox. 20 trading days before resuming as acti. First day yesterday finished at 7.9475 with a reasonable volume of 76600. | tricky
04/2/2003 00:19 | There's a surprise - a whopping spread and the shares up 10% - now we are a US comapny - I'm assuming that is the case - we'll see what the US market thinks of this company | faz

28/12/2002 15:04 | Livestock, You seem to be very quiet these days. Hope all is well. Came across old news regarding the BTG patent sim card case against Schlumberger and other. BTG had recieved confirmation that it now has the rights. Wonder what the cost per unit will be now that the income for the patent is included. Not very much to the individual manufacturers, but no doubt worth a mint to BTG(BGC) Happy New Year | waldron

08/11/2002 00:35 | I remember a spike to $99 in 2000 - dooh! I bought at $15 and $20 and forgot to sell! I've continued to hold purely because I've always believed the company has an excellent product and that the technology is one which will sell. Also, they have excellent partners which have stayed. Next time I hold shares in a company that has sales of $2m per qtr and a valuation of $3bn I will sell though. | faz

07/11/2002 11:21 | Let's not get too carried away guys. We have seen these spikes before only to be let down. The consistant thing is the company keeps delivering and the new ceo is impressive, I have all my fingers crossed that this time the break will be held. I am no chart expert, but 780 was tough resistance and we have blown it. Maybe someone more techie would confirm but I don't see much trouble before 1380ish. Large smile from 619! | tricky

06/11/2002 17:51 | I listened to the results on the web b/cast. They are doing the right things now. They are moving the company hq to US and become a us company rather then French. This will make it easier for new contracts. This will happen in December. I bought this stock at 20/25 USd and $14 have averaged down and bought at more at $6.6 $7.60. Break even is probably now $12 but if interest in the US and brokers start coverage, who knows???? They have cash of about $7. | joeblogg1000
