22/5/2013 07:27 | Well the company decided it did not need to issue a "no reason for share price movement RNS" which usually happens when there is 50% movement... so either there IS a reason or it was just switching of shareholdings. Will be very interesting to see how this pans out today... | knigel
21/5/2013 22:19 | 0.4 mil market cap 66% in major shareholders, 67% when you include mine, does not take much to get 1% here. Even 30% left over is only £120k Vychan took out the overhang, now it's back to supply and demand, a few trades in either direction can move the price sharply. | 29howard
21/5/2013 20:28 | Why would they do that, the price has been falling because nobody has touched the shares for months and any sale had great difficulty getting the bid price so many people have been selling under the bid and the price has dropped sharply. For the first time there has been a shortage of stock and the price rebounded, market cap still under 0.5 million, try and imagine how much stock the mm's play with here, not a lot. Plenty of google posts on Roger Lane Smith given his past and current directorships, the new holding company Vychan Properties Ltd has a Sarah Lane joining them last year, I'm finding it near on impossible to see if this is his wife or a relation, just cannot get than information but you have to see name match as a strong chance there is given how tiny this company is and how much it gets traded. | 29howard
21/5/2013 19:51 | To see if there's a no reason RNS. | ryan83
21/5/2013 19:11 | Eyes peeled for an AM RNS | ryan83
21/5/2013 18:57 | No reason for rise except a possible parent company of non ex has bought 3%, try again tonight to see if it is true. | 29howard
21/5/2013 18:28 | You would imagine the company might have to issue a "know of no reason" RNS tomorrow (unless there is a reason!). TLY felt compelled to issue one last week.. | knigel |
