That is topinfo/moreforus style pump and dump stupid posts, they keep increasing the buy amount until they get a silly price then post it as a means to a ramp.

Anybody sensible would work their size down until they got a decent quote like for 25k now.

Somebody on LSE posting a great premium for 70k, well you would be stupid to do that, there is 25k available at 6.55p online so no problems getting some size now.

How can I dump if you cannot sell them ?

I know this stock better than all of you and no not to try and trade when they refuse to let you sell or buy online as mm will screw you over.
