04/2/2005 00:25 | BigJacko........Hi again. Being as ex-employee of Mr San you're in a better position than shareholders to comment on the demise of Argonaut Games. Do YOU seriously think Jez is to blame? Perhaps he could've handled the situation better (RE:Treatment of shareholders?) Do YOU think he would've been capable of running the company down with intentions of taking it back with his closest buddies for next to nothing or was AGT just a victim of circumstances with Jez being the 'saviour' to the few people who kept their jobs? What kinda person was Jez San? Trustworthy, honest or perhaps just out for himself? I am sure the shareholders of AGT would be very interested to know what kinda guy he really is that's all..... (A friend of mine lost a few £k on this debacle. I fortunately lost nothing) ps...Isn't he an ugly b*stard eh? LOL | stevi111

25/1/2005 14:56 | 'Argonaut seeks approval to wind up By Andrea Goddard Published: January 25 2005 02:00 | Last updated: January 25 2005 02:00 Argonaut Games is to seek shareholders' approval to be wound up, three months after its shares were suspended. The group, which has been involved with such high-profile games as Harry Potter and Alien Resurrection, announced yesterday that it could not "by reason of its liabilities, continue and should therefore be wound up voluntarily". The decision was made after administrators confirmed that a nominal dividend would be unlikely to be paid for "several months". It will be seeking shareholders' approval for the move at an extraordinary meeting "in the near future". Argonaut's shares, which were floated four years ago at more than 100p a share, were suspended in October at 3p. Andrea Goddard' Source: As expected. | daisy777
