Aura wishes to inform the market that the issue of shares totalling 84,052,630 pursuant to Tranche 1 of the Private Placement announced on 29 March 2018, will be admitted to trading on AIM on 02/07/2018.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this announcement is unchanged from the Company's latest announcement as the total number of shares in issue will be 1,069,390,795 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
