Exercise of Share Options

& Total Voting Rights

Augean announces that it has issued 257,703 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') following the exercise of share options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 257,703 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the option exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 4 June 2015. The Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital and total number of voting rights will be 102,249,083 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure of 102,249,083 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
